What’s not to love about Bed Bath & Beyond?! I seriously find sooooo many things every time I shop! This location is a little small, so I wish it was bigger, but… I am grateful for any and all BB&B’s. They always have something I either need, want or have been looking for!
I do appreciate that all locations do have a similar layout. This one is very similar to the OKC one, just a bit smaller. Go during the day if you can, it’s less busy and not so crowded, because when it’s busy it can be a bit tough maneuvering around the isles.
The staff is SUPER DUPER helpful! I mean… DUPER! I was browsing around asking all sorts of questions, looking for very specific items that I saw online and the staff was extremely helpful, calling the OKC location for me, digging around looking for the items I was asking for! & I mean… digging, I asked for specific pillows I had seen online and were «available» at the Edmond store. Several staff members were looking in the back and all through the display bedding to see if they had the pillows I wanted. Unfortunately it was an inventory error and they did not have the pillows I wanted but they called the OKC store for me to make sure they had some before I went all the way down there! woooooot!
Melsalaz was the girl helping me and she even went as far to ordering the clearance hair dryer I saw in the display, but none in stock, and had it shipped to my house with complimentary shipping! THANK YOUUUUU Melsalaz! My previous hair dryer had just died, and I didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on an expensive one but also didn’t want to go cheap, so she was a life saver for going that extra mile!
For this kind of customer service, I will always love BB&B and will always give them my business.

This store is a total disaster — go to the one in Oklahoma City — better selection, cleaner store, shelves don’t look a disaster zone

It’s a typical BB&B. All of the ones I have been to are virtually identical. Unlike some stores that can vary by location, BB&B’s are consistently the same at each location in layout and inventory.
If they don’t have a particular items in the store that you are looking for, check with a salesperson and they may be able to order it for you.
