Bad customer service at Tire and battery section. Very rudely ask customers«what do you need». They really need some training and customers service skills specially Dennis and assistant manager Jack Very unprofessional try to give customers wrong information and make them run around. The corporate really need to look into their management and employees. very dishonest trying to cover each other lies. They will make new stories to cover up the first because lie has no legs to stand upon. Never mind employees management has no knowledge of warranty policies printed on the warrant paper they hand out to the customers.

Went to this Sams club for glasses. Love the Sams club. But the optical department is horrible customer service. I was rushed to pick frames. Had no help. The guy that helped me name was Innocence but goes by Santos. I had questions and he rushed me because he wanted to help the next customer. Guess my money wasn’t good enough. So I picked the frames. Then I left unhappy but giving them a chance. So I go in 2 weeks later to pick up the glasses and noticed the frames I had chosen didn’t fit the lens properly. So I put them on didn’t like them and he tried to convince me they looked fine. But I was unhappy and he didn’t even offer me to choose another frame. So I said I want to pick another frame. And I asked him can you suggest any frames that look better he pointed to the wall and said what’s ever there then went into a room. At this point I was upset. But I picked another frame and then asked him to adjust the frame and he got mad and did it. But gave it to another employee to hand it to me. Because he was that upset that I was unhappy. Then I tried to hang in and not complain. But then he started slamming the book and slamming the drawers. So by then I told him I was uncomfortable and Uneasy. Then the other employee said I told you should got the other frame. At this point I asked him for a refund and the other employee said give her money back. And he started arguing with me and saying I didn’t do anything wrong. So customer service manger(Marcus)came over and refunded me the money. And even gave me food from the kitchen for the inconvenience. And even referred me to the other Sams club in linden. Amazing how Marcus customer service was wow only if he was helping me I would of felt at eaze. This place is great to to get other stuff but stay away from the optical dept.
