Best french onion soup. Service was quick and friendly. Good tap beer choices. The chicken and asparagus I had was also very flavorful.

First time guest, last time visitor. Hostess was not very friendly, she looked as if she was ready for her shift to hurry up and end. Our waitress was unable to answer simple questions that I felt she should have know; drink specials, entrée ingredients, etc. She made comments such as «You would ask me that question» and«I don’t know, I’ll ask someone later». I ordered a Mom’s Time Out mixed drink and think the bartender forgot to add liquor. I essentially paid for a glass of Sprite with an orange slice. We ordered potato skins and they were delicious. For my entrée, I decided to go with a salad after the waitress failed to answer my entrée questions. It was full filling and served its purpose. Besides the dirty silverware, dusty décor, watered down mixed drinks and inexperienced waitress, my visit was pleasant.

Since the Greenwood store closed, we decided to go to Edinburgh. We love using coupons. The server was new to this restaurant, yet you could tell he had experience. He was very good in describing things on the menu. The food was great! It was worth the trip!

Sat 1:30pm 2÷13÷16 We got seated right away with no wait, always a bonus. We ordered apps, which only took about 5 min to get. The mozzarella cheese skewers were very good. The pretzel breadsticks & cheese dip were almost too filling, but fine. Still the apps were nice. For lunch I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich & fries, my gf had the Philly cheesesteak & fries. The Buffalo sandwich was great, the sauce the chicken breast was tossed in was hot but not overly hot. My gf said her Philly cheesesteak was good but missing something flavor wise, «just kinda bland» was her exact comment. We both enjoyed the fries. Overall, I’d say 4 stars… we enjoyed it & will come again

Good good for price & waitress was great! No wait & was close to our HIE. Triple app was great — tall tap beers are a must after long drive.

Eating here simply says, «too lazy to drive the 8 miles to Columbus.» Sadness pervades every aspect of this food deployment facility. Menu is depressing. Décor is more fake than an Applebee’s. The people in my party who insisted we eat here are new acquaintances. Like this restaurant, will actively avoid them in the future. There was one bright spot. Our server Cassie was great. That was our good fortune as the hostess said our server was to be H… After Cassie took our order, noticed a server walk by with name tag emblazoned with H. stroll by. The only thing more dirty than the carpet was H’s shirt. Sadness beset my sole. Needless to say I did not finish the gormet burger I ordered. My largest regret was not offering to rescue Cassie as I am sure she was only there against her will.

In a group of four setting in the bar the beer was cold and the food was great. The buffalo chicken dip was good, a little on the runny side. The TMC was excellent. The pork burger was undercooked which is unsettling. The service was good. I would prefer other places to eat, the draw here is the location next to the outlets.

The hostess(I don’t know her name so I’ll just call her Trish) looked very unhappy upon our arrival. I thought her eyes were going to get stuck inside her head because of how far back they rolled when she saw us. Anyway, Trish wasn’t very pleasant. Other than that, the food was okay and our server was really nice. Cheer up Trish.

We arrived at opening on what I assumed would be a busy lunch day. Welcome wasn’t super friendly(she was better when we left) but maybe she wasn’t in the groove yet. Our friendly waitress came right over and took our order. Being the restaurant was still empty, the waitresses were gathering around the fireplace close to our table gossiping about the weekend. Our food arrived quickly and two of our three orders were incorrect but not much(mayo left off on one burger and mushrooms left off on another). No big deal. Our burgers were very greasy and bland and served on an excessively sweet bun. I bit into bone twice in mine and gave up at that point. The manager came around to see if everything was OK but buzzed away before we could even give a response. Pretzel sticks, black bean roll ups, and fries were good. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were not even warm. Being we were one of the first groups there, that just made me think they were made the previous day and not«fresh baked» as advertised. Décor was nice but bathrooms looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. We used to go to Max & Erma’s in KY and loved it. This was disappointing. I would have given it one star except out waitress was good.

I’m not sure why this restaurant has an overall 3 star review. It definitely deserves to be higher. I don’t give 5 stars very often. My mom and I stopped last night for a late dinner after shopping at the Outlets. We were immediately greeted by an upbeat hostess and our server was happy and attentive. We chose to dine outside on their lovely patio area. Tables and chairs were clean, comfortable and looked new. We both ordered the fish and chips dinner. The fish was outstanding. I thought we were dining on the coast, it was that fresh. The General Manager prepared and brought out our meal to give his staff a break because they had a busy Labor Day weekend. They were even doing a fund raiser for their local boys and girls club. Warm Atmosphere, Excellent Service, Great Food, Overall a PERFECT Experience! We will definitely stop there again when we shop the Outlets. ~Mrs. J

Okay for a giant salad! Décor is fun but the seats and tables abit worn. Deserts look good, kids enjoyed root beer floats. The service was excellent. I didn’t realize it was a chain restaurant when I stopped but it was a fun atmosphere and the food was a good value.

Walked in, all the tables in the bar are dirty. Server says sit anywhere I’ll be right back to clean the table. She never comes. Other server says do you need a menu, I say yes and a clean table and some service. She says she’s really busy but will get to me. She’s not, she’s lazy. I’ve finished my meal, I’m the only one here and the tables and the bar are still dirty!

This is a great home town grille. It is clear the people who work here care about the food and service. I am traveling for work and found a friendly atmosphere with a diverse menu and full bar. I like to eat healthy but am not a fanatic. There is a good balance of healthy choices and true comfort food. My simple sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and served with a crusted baked potato and steamed veggies. The quality was above main stream chains. I dined in the bar which has a Hoosiers sports themed décor. Phillip tended bar and was more than happy to accommodate special requests for channel changes. We all know what Hilton Garden and Ruby Tuesday’s is like. Cross the street and walk on the wild side:)

Ok, yes, this is a standard American food chain near the outlet mall and I am pretty sure that this most recent visit was not my first, but I don’t really remember prior visits, however, I feel the need to write a review because of how awesome our service was. My husband and brother in law went here while my sister and I shopped at the nearby outlet mall. Once we were too tired to continue, we came and joined them. Found them sitting at the bar and drinking lots of beer. This place was very busy by this time since it was a Saturday evening but there was still a few seats at the bar so we just stayed there. Ordered myself a big beer and they had Sun King Cream Ale on tap(as well as a few other local beers), awesome! We were very hungry and started with some pretzels to share. Those were tasty but I wanted to save my appetite for some of the chicken tortilla soup, it is so good but does have a little kick to it. Devoured this and then my husband and I split their club sandwich, very solid club and tasty fries. We also got their fresh baked chocolate chip cookies(they have other flavors too) and let me just tell you JUSTGETTHESETHEYARESODELICIOUS especially when still warm. Ugh, I just want more now! Hopefully you get the idea. So let me just tell you about the highlight of this visit besides the cookies, the bartender was OUTSTANDING. So personable, quick, funny and attentive. It was such a smooth and fun experience. I wish I remembered his name. A manager appeared behind the bar at one point and I made sure to tell him. He not only took care of the constant busy flow at the bar, but even had regulars he knew and took care of wonderfully. I wish I lived closer so I could just come hang out there and drink more big beers with him. And eat cookies.

Once again, I’d do 3.5 stars if I could. It’s above average, but not a ton. I will say my burger was done EXACTLY as I requested it(why do so may restaurants not get that right?) but, as with the rest of the menu, it lacked some pizzazz. Good solid food, but nothing spectacular. I will say that the service was WAY above averages. The servers seem to really enjoy their work and that goes a long way towards making a memorable experience.

My husband and I enjoy Max and Erma’s — we visit the one near our home several times a month. We found ourselves at the one in Edinburgh and stopped in for a bite to eat last week. My go-to entrée is the Erma sized Grilled Tuscan Chicken. It has the perfect portion size for me, and the flavors and textures always make me happy. Rick likes to try new things each time and usually gets a burger of some kind. They have quite a variety of them to try. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. The service here tonight was spot-on, very friendly and thorough without feeling like we were being hovered over.
