Once upon a time there was Bertha’s Place. It had good food, fast service, and low prices. If you could put up with the annoyingly loud voice of Bertha, it was a good place to eat.
Now there’s Lil Bertha’s. The food is marginal., from past experience. I came in today for some Biscuit and gravy, Bertha’s specialty. But they were out if biscuits. I settled for wheat bread. I’ve also been waiting 30 minutes for it. I’m about ready to leave.

This place had zero reviews on Unilocal,but a few good ones on urbanspoon, so I thought I’d give it a try.
I got the beef Manhattan, my co-​workers tried the burger and a deli sandwich.
The prices are super low, and the quality of the food really reflects that. The burger my buddy ordered was small. Like cheeseburger happy meal small.
The beef Manhattan was mushy and kind of tasteless.
Definitely try the BBQ place on 31 or the Mexican restaurant nearby before you go here.
