This used to be my favorite Whataburger. Their burgers were juicy and delicious. But lately, the opposite has been the case. They’re cold and have few vegetables on them. But most importantly, they overtoast the bread. I’ve always liked my hamburger buns toasted. But they always overtoast them. The manager told me to always ask for a manager if I want toasted buns. What?! I prefer to go to Sonic. That never happens.

Waited 20 mins to get our food. My burger came back smashed wrapped in at least 10 wrapping papers.
I can understand being in the weeds but that does not sacrifice quality.

This is MY FAVORITE FAVORITE location!!! They never get my order wrong. It’s so close to home & the staff is so friendly. This location has yet to fail me. Love it
