Scerbo PT is by far the BEST physical therapy experience I’ve had. Frank, Mike and Dana are all wonderful therapists– very qualified, considerate, professional and kind (not too mention funny!). All of the staff at Scerbo is very upbeat and pleasant; they really make the rehabilitation experience as painless as possible! I would highly recommend Scerbo PT. They are HSS-​certified and really work hard to get a patient back into shape.

Over the past five years, I’ve had PT at several facilities (all in Manhattan) for various ailments, and Scerbo is absolutely the best. I recently completed rehab there (about 40 sessions’ worth) for a total hip replacement.
I had a good feeling about the place just from setting up my initial appointment – super polite, friendly, informative people, no matter who I spoke to. (And you know how rare that is with any medical office.) Then I saw the space: clean, modern, bright, with plenty of well-​maintained equipment. Dana did my intake, the most thorough I’d ever had. I mostly worked with her, Frank and Adrian. They’re all excellent at what they do, in addition to being infinitely patient and encouraging, with a great sense of humor. And Sonia, the administrator, is a delight. I received lots of personal attention, unlike at other practices, where the priority seems to be to cram in as many patients at once as possible, with as little hands-​on time with an actual therapist as they can get away with.
With joint replacement, the quality of care after surgery is at least as important as the quality of the surgery itself. I had an excellent recovery, and I thank the talented and dedicated staff at Scerbo for helping me achieve a level of fitness and freedom from pain I’d only dreamed of.

Scerbo Physical Therapy is an amazing facility. From the first phone call to schedule an evaluation to my final therapy session (which was today) the care was the best you can ask for. Scheduling appointments were easy and Sandra was always on top of my referrals and authorization for therapy. The therapist Mike and Frank was extremely knowledgable. As someone who has had injuries and surgeries in the past and been to my share of therapy facilities this is the place to good to. I have always been into sports, working out and as a certified personal trainer who has even thought about becoming an athletic trainer in the past… the knowledge of Frank and Mike was top notch. I had shoulder surgery and in 3 months of the surgery i am fully recovered, with full range of motion and most of my strength back. if it wasn’t for the support of the employees and knowledge of the therapist my recovery would not of went as smooth as it did. We all acted as a team to get me back to where I wanted to be and able to get back to my active lifestyle. I know in the future if I would need therapy again or if my family or friends need therapy I will definitely tell EVERYONE to go to SCERBO. I really like Dr. Scerbo, DPT. He’s a really nice guy and seems very knowledgeable. He also has a nice modern facility and very helpful staff. In the end, he wasn’t able to solve my problems, and I will probably end up in surgery, but I think he did the best job possible. Much better than the physical therapy place in Union City that I tried first.
