Dishonest pricing and staff. Their website states they charge $ 60 for full leg wax and I confirmed this price on the phone before coming in. The girl who waxed my legs actually did a good job but I was completely shocked that they wanted me to pay $ 90. The front desk girl said that that the $ 60 is for legs only and the one who worked on me claimed that she waxed my lower back — which she did not. So they dropped the price to $ 80 which I paid and got the hell out of there. This salon lost a loyal customer as I live very close by and go for waxing quite often but I would never deal with these people again.

This review is for eyebrow waxing only. I went in telling the woman that I am growing my eyebrows out and that I do not want her to over wax. All I wanted was for her to clean them up. Of course when I got off the table my eyebrows were over waxed, uneven and thinner than before. Great! now I have to grow them out for another 3 – 4 months to get the shape I was after. Trust me when I say do not go here if you are looking for an eyebrow specialist to shape your brows or listen to what you say. Wait and get an appointment at a brow specialist like Anastasia or Varvara in Ft. Lee.

This place is a Gem from the moment that you walk in Eunice runs a tight ship, professional, quality, services. not to mention super chic atmosphere and so very clean. Gorgeous results.

I have always wanted to do eyelash extensions and I noticed this place next to my nail salon opened up. I will be going away for a week long meeting and wanted something natural but affordable. After explaining to me the options and walking me thru the process, I received EXACTLY what I was looking for! If you ever contemplated eyelash extensions, come here! They are not pushy, very pleasant, follow up if you want to come in slightly earlier and provide excellent customer service. Try it — you won’t regret it!
