Bath & Body Works

I’m a persistent bath and body works shopper. It’s one of my favorite places to spend my money. I’ve had tons of helpful cashiers that honor coupons both online, and when I forget to bring them. The manager here refused to honor any coupons. It’s sad when a manager doesn’t care about providing customer service.

Wish I could give no stars. Came here to exchange some things I bough from a different mall. Laura who works here had a very ignorant attitude. I originally got the buy 3 get 3 deal with $ 53 purchase. When I exchanged some scents, I got the buy 2 get 1 with one free signature item deal with $ 26 dollar purchase. Another customer who was in the store had asked me if I worked here so I told that same worker, Laura, maybe the lady needs help because she had asked me if I worked here. Then the respond was «uh I know. I have BEEN helping her. Thank you.» How sarcastic and rude she was. I am never shopping here ever again. As a resident around edgewater, this store is not my to-​go for gifts or occasions anymore. Goodbye.

You can count on Bath and Body Works for some delicious smelling hand soaps, lotions, and other fun bath and body products. I love their CO Bigelow products and their wallflowers. They always have some sort of promotion going on so you never have to pay full price for their products.
This location isn’t too large but I would say it is sized appropriately for the City Place mall. They always have a lot of staff behind the register and on the floor to keep the shelves neat and well stocked. They’re nice and available when you need them but not overbearing which is a huge plus.
