Picked up a couple of H-​D t-​shirts and some H-​D dealer poker chips!
Staff was very nice!

In general i was happy with the results of three service cycles although they are pricey. Each time i requested a transmission oil change along with the regular oil change on my sportster. I even asked to be sure they did since the same oil is used so you are not charged separately. This summer i did 8,000 miles so I decided at the 5K mark to change the oil myself to save some money. I discovered that pretty much all the screws on the clutch inspection cover were stripped and there was no way to take it off. I don’t say that they did it but i am wondering how they did the clutch inspection and adjustment and how they made sure they put the right amount of oil without taking the cover off. Probably they did not bother and just drained it and pure new one by measure from the chain inspection hole. Not pleased about this. i would have gladly paid the extra money if they had said that they would have to extract the screws and put new ones.

I’ve been patronizing this dealership since I bought my bike a couple years ago. I’ve been to Twin Cities and Faribault; not to say they aren’t good dealerships, but I found Wild Prairie HD was a better experience. I’ve had extensive work done the past two winters and find the service staff excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dealing with Wild Prairie HD is the best thing since Belmont’s closed.
