Beware! I have been trying for several months to get an overbilled charge corrected(79.00 for six months). Finally, after 5 attempts, I’m told they can only go back 3 months although it was their error. It has taken me 3 in-store trips and 2 telephone calls to get an answer. Of course, I will be cancelling ALL services with this carrier and taking my business elsewhere. When I told the store manager my plans to cancel, she said” I understand”. Ha! They could care less about their customer service.

Staff is not knowledgable about anything. Idiots. Anytime I have gone there Their car chargers suck by the way among other things.
