Cold Stone is still my go to for create your own caloric overload ice cream
Other reviewers are right, this location can be gross. They have had standing water before, and unsightly trash out and about that is a turn off when you are ordering ice cream. The staff is hit or miss. They will hire kids that hate the job and won’t talk to you or smile. Not sure what they hate so much about working in an ice cream shop!
One of my complaints is that the ever changing ice cream menu can be hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll go out and grab ice cream for my wife and me, but what my wife requested all of a sudden disappeared and is no longer offered. On more than one occasion I’ve asked if a certain flavor was ice cream or sorbet, and the staff had no idea. If you don’t even have a clue what you are offering out of the dozen, you need to find a different job.
At any rate, the ice cream is good and I can ask them to make it however I want. I’ll likely keep coming back. But it would be nice if the staff cared about the facility and was happy to be helping you.

Last night we tried again after having not been there for about three years. The ice cream is good — flavorful and creamy. Choose your flavor of ice cream and mix-​ins/​toppings. They put it together and mix it on a metal counter. So far so good, right? Not. This location is DIRTY. The glass cases are dirty, the floors are dirty, the tables and chairs are dirty. Take a look behind the counter and you’ll see much of same. It was hot out yesterday and apparently their coolers couldn’t keep up because there was an inch of standing water on the floor. Their stuff is not cheap. Save your money and go somewhere else.
