My overall experience was less than awesome. The stylist that I had left in the middle of my hair cut and color. I don’t say I blame her since my appointment was at 12:30pm and I didn’t leave until 5:30pm. I asked for an ombré and got random blonde highlights instead. The staff seemed to be genuinely nice, but a bit pushy on products and extra service. At the end they didn’t give me an itemized receipt, but instead just gave me the total I was charged for.
If you plan on going I would do my research and ensure the stylist fully comprehends what you are looking for. Also, continuously ask what they are doing while they are doing your hair.

Kim knows her stuff. Ever wonder why you can’t have «that» hair style? Kim is very knowledgeable and explains what will and will not work with your hair type, texture, waves, etc. Then she knows how to cut it, color it or curl it so it works and looks great.
