Culver’s of Eden Prairie

The restaurant was very clean! The staff was polite and well groomed! I had a yummy chicken cashew salad! I will be back!

I have been to several Culver’s in several locations, but I have to say that our experience at this particular location tonight was exceptional! The service was the way service is supposed to be. We weren’t asked before we even got to the counter if we could be helped. We pointed it out to the clerk, and he said he didn’t believe in rushing people to make an order. We placed our order, and he re-​arranged it on the cash register for us into baskets to save us a little money. After eating half my dinner I was full, and happened to mention that. The manager overheard and brought me a box without my having to ask. I told him how I wanted the chicken dinner, but they were out of chicken and I didn’t want to wait 15 minutes. He said they only make it in small batches, and since we were there after the dinner rush they were out, but as a tip he said we can always call ahead, and they’ll have it hot and fresh for us by the time we get there. Good to know! I had the fish basket instead, which is the first time I’ve had something that was not a burger, and it was absolutely delicious, and blisteringly hot and fresh. Big fillets! I’ll definitely order off their regular dinner menu again!

Culver’s is Culver’s but this location is a clean and friendly as I’ve seen anywhere else. I’d come back again

Like Chris N mentioned previously, the service is great. The employees are courteous and allows you time to order. Unlike other fast food joint, culver really makes an effort to keep their restaurant clean. I’m a fan of their custard which is what I order there 90 percent of my visits. I have had their fish sandwich and it’s decent. I have not tried anything else.
This location closes early so you may want to check the hours on their website.

Great staff. Polite and service oriented. Allows 1 free topping on scoopie kids meal.
