This is a corporately owned restaurant that is located around the corner from DQ world headquarters. Since it is so close, the service is generally good, the ingredients fresh, and the products are made according to the recipe. Whenever I head to my company’s home office, I usually swing by here to get a $ 5 lunch — an awesome deal including an entrée, fries, drink, and sundae for $ 5 — and take care of my sweet tooth. As an added bonus, they have a wonderful variety of beautifully decorated ice cream cakes.

(Rating is compare to other DQs, not other restaurants) Ice cream is often lumpy & like icemilk. Fries often tough & seem like they’ve been cooked in old grease. How hot the food is when you get it is inconsistent.

I was over this way about 3PM and people all of a sudden started filling up the place. I found this interesting since the location wouldn’t be considered a neighborhood, but people find this a good fit for a dessert or burger fix. Most people weren’t just eating dessert. I had a chocolate shake. When you’re cutting calories a day comes along when you just pile it in, I had just come from Baker’s Ribs. This place is especially clean and friendly, which makes me detest the one on Ford Parkway even more.
