Closes at 10pm. Wtf. Super slow service during the day. 15m for my order. Some people were waiting in line to order for 20m, and then another 30m to get their food, and that’s in the lobby.

This place sucks. I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always EXTREMELY slow and dirty. Every time. Just today I waited almost 15 minutes for a burrito. During this time, two employees clocked out to go home, and another was just hanging around talking. Napkins and sauces weren’t stocked, and the place just looked trashy. There were people waiting far longer than they were told they’d be waiting. And those employees just went home anyways. DO NOT come here. Unless you want no napkins, no sauces, and you wanna wait 10+ minutes for a single taco. They have seemingly no respect for the people who are waiting for food and will poke around and just hang out instead of making sure sauces and napkins are available. I’m disgusted with the way employees were acting and I WILL NEVER come to this place again. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Extremely under-​staffed. The line of cars in the drive through moves ‘maybe’ every 3 minutes and walking in to order was no faster. Currently have been waiting for 10 minutes for only a quesarito and 5 layer burrito. This lady taking orders today, bless her heart, was also coughing all over without washing her hands. Sadly, I will not be coming back until they make some changes.

Haven’t been to this place in a two months because they did s remodeling. We stopped in at 1:30pm on a Wednesday and the place looks good but is absolutely where it stops. They seem to have hired a new crew and that crew only seems to want to party. You could hear their annoying joking and laughter all the way out into the far side of the dining room. Here is where it gets interesting. They took almost 20-​minutes to get the order out (due to laughter) and the order was wrong. Took it back and the cashier was extremely sorry (even tho it was not her fault) and acted like she did not want to be there. Order remade but where we got to our table and opened it up, we found that our gordias had MOLD ON IT! That was enough. Took it back up to the cashier again, she took it to the Manager who was on the line fixing where he just said «give them their money back». It was obvious he knew they were serving old, old, old product. DO NOT EAT HERE OR AT LEAST CHECK IT FOR MOLD! THEN EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

And thee award for SLOWEST DRIVE THRU goes to: (drum roll…) TACO BELL ON CRAIG ROAD! I just wasted a whole 25 mins of my life at their drive thru for 2 of their world famous tacos! I even had time to write this review !!

The only food item that is better than meh is the apple emandadas — which are really quite good when fresh and hot.
As I said — your ether better or worse than the Bell. And I have had worse. Why do I go — it’s open late, it’s convenient, it’s cheap, the food is edible.
