My PS3 disc reader stopped working around Christmas 2013 and Sony said it would cost $ 100 dollars and take about 6 – 8 weeks. I took it to Gaming Generations and they said it would cost $ 80 and take about 3 – 4 days. I got my PS3 back, and I noticed on the bill slip that I had to sign that said I agreed to the amount of $ 80 had been crossed out and switched to $ 100. I didn’t like that because I had already signed it and agreed to the original amount, but I let it slide. My disc reader worked for about 2 hours and then it stopped reading discs again. I brought it back, they fixed it for free, got it back in about 2 – 3 days. Still worked when I sold it a year and half later. Overall, a awesome experience because they did it for the same price as Sony in about a 1⁄5 the time, but I had to knock a star off because of the bill slip agreement thing. Still, if your console dies, I recommend bringing it to this place. They can fix it faster than Sony or Microsoft or Nintendo.

The prices are matched closely to the internet and the owner is very nice/fair and is willing to offer deals on Items and bigger purchases. They carry everything from Atari to Xbox360. They also have a few gaming systems set up around the store to play. Personally i was impressed with Old NES and SNES games in boxes for sale at reasonable prices. The store is also newer, clean, and large so your not walking into a dump. IMO the best place(Due to pricing) to buy games in Eau Clare!
