I love this chain since you can always find great deals. Since I was in the area and in need for some winter gloves I decided to stop here, they didn’t have what I was looking for but I did get a jacket, sneakers and tights. I found the store to be well organized and they had a lot of things to choose from. There was a long line to pay but the cashier were fast and the line moved pretty quickly.

Good deals, tons of shoes, beauty supplies, small section for home goods. Much of the stuff is a great deal, however, for other things, it’s good to know your prices, as there are some items that are normal retail price. Store is clean and organized, however the checkout situation is horrid. There is one checkout line for multiple cashiers, but not enough cashiers. A line with 5 people on it took 15 minutes.

While the shopping experience is not quite like what you’ll find at Nordstrom, who would expect that with these prices?! There are some incredible deals to be had here for those with the shopping fortitude to sort through the vast amount of merchandise!

If you know your brands and pricing then you can come up with some great deals. My daughter and I went in to look around and say hi to one of the managers who was promoted from Nordstrom in Freehold, and we spent $ 260 for quite a good amount of merchandise, that included names such as Mountain Hardware, Kate Spade and others. Constantly changing inventory so you have to shop it.

I was really excited about the arrival of this store, but my first visit let some of the wind out of the sails. The store is a little to chaotic for me-stuff is just everywhere, and there was no route or pattern I could devise to ensure that I covered all bases and saw everything. Also, finding a checkout station was annoying. They are not in the front of the store-there are several tiny checkout areas scattered around the store, but they are not visible or obvious at all. If you see a lot of people standing in a line, you have to assume that you have found one. They have a tiny little table to check you out on-no normal-sized counter, and there could be three or four sales people crammed over there checking out people at the same time with their hand-held devices. I waited online for at least 12 minutes, when a sales person comes walking over with a customer from the floor, and proceeds to check this individual out despite the line of customers that had been waiting. I was annoyed by that, but just the whole place was not a calm relaxing shopping experience for me. I did find a great pair of boots at a great price, so I suppose the aggravation was sort of worth it — but I can’t say I am excited to go back, unfortunately. I just wasn’t overly impressed.

If you are accustomed to Nordstrom style and quality, this is NOT the place for you. It seems they have invited inferior brands into this store hoping they will move. Not so much. There was tons of hype surrounding the opening of this ‘rack’ branch store, but the designer brands are very few and far between, there’s no organization to the store, and the ‘junk’ brands have more than enough space to entice those clueless enough to shop there. Note: this store is deserving of ½ star since they seem to keep their checkout lines moving.
