Christmas commercials the day after Labor Day? That’s the last straw. I’m done going to any K Mart.

Came in for a return and gave in the item, upon return with the replacement, I had to go to the back of a 30 minute line!

This store is so much closer to my house than Target and yet I avoid it like the plague. I had to run in the other day for one thing and it took forever. I seriously felt myself aging as I stand in the checkout line; that’s how long it takes. The kicker is there are always three or four employees standing around chatting, seemingly doing nothing. I can’t even start on the disorganized, messy condition. It’s horrible.

Had to send an emergency western union wire transfer and they accidentally sent it to Uruguay. This is harder to fix than you might think. She tried for 20 minutes and I had to leave Ho go to work. She told me nothing would change and that she’d let me know when it was fixed. She then called and said that I had to come back in to fix it, so… Here I am again. I spent the whole morning doing this… No good!

***ZEROSTARS*** I went to Kmart with a competitors ad from Target and they would not honor the competitors price for the EXACT same item. Retail is extremely competitive and all retailers now match competitors price plus give additional 10%. STUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDSTUPIDIGNORANT, RIDICULOUS on K’marts part! WTF??? I will make it a point to post this ridiculous policy on every website I can find. I hope Sears and Kmart fail, if they operate like this they deserve to! Go to Target, prices are much lower and customer service is much better!

Store is kind of messy and dirty looking. I found what I was looking for and got it for a decent price, but the employees are pretty indifferent to you. When I was leaving there was a security guard at the door who was supposed to be checking packages, but didn’t even look up from his handheld videogame as I left.
