Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

Tremendous selection for men’s fashion. And not just tuxes and suits! I’ve found some really fantastic sweaters and button downs here recently for my mister.

Avoid the monmouth mall location!
Had 2 PM appt to get tux fitted for wedding, Wasnt seen until 2:20, and once I was seen the manager was pre occupied with helping other customers and making me wait even longer as employees just stood around the store having no knowledge for the products or services.
Manager tries to be very nice and talkative, but comes off creepy and annoying.
If I could go back now i would have gone to a different mens wearhouse store.

I am trying to write a review for the Men’s Wearhouse in the Monmouth Mall, but I can’t tell which one this is! The one in the mall is small, a satellite store– but I had a really great experience there and wanted to write about it.
I worked with Joanne, the manager there, and she was so amazing, helpful and accommodating. As a bride, the men’s suits were stressing me out more than anything.
We were going with three piece suits. We figured guys that had black suits could just get a vest, guys who wanted to buy could buy. MW was doing its buy-​one-​get-​one sale… so we got a free suit for every one we bought.
Joanne helped my fiancé and one of his groomsmen find a suit that they loved. She was super helpful and answered tons of questions, dealt with a million phone calls, and called every shop in the vicinity to get the pieces she needed in the right sizes to build the suits. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without her. She was professional, patient and had a great sense of humor. She even gave the guys free tuxedo t-​shirts, which my groom LOVED.
I can’t say enough about the experience. Joanne was amazing and really put my mind at ease– and the suits are really stunning, and we got an amazing deal.

I was so pleased with my experience here. I had went to another Mens Wearhouse in NJ with my fiancé to pick out tuxes, and the woman at that store was awful. She obviously new nothing about men’s wear or style, because all the advice she gave us was wrong. I told her what I wanted and she ended up screwing up the whole order. I was having freaking out, and so upset. I ended up going to this store since it was near where I lived to see if they could help me. I don’t know what I would have done without their help! The man who helped me was amazing, and we changed the whole order to my liking. It was obvious he had experience, and I am so relieved that the order is exactly what I want now!
