I’ve had to call Comcast at least 4 times in the past 3 days for tech support. I have an A+ certification and a degree in computers, and I’ve had to talk to account people for tech support. When you call tech support, they should have a technician answer the phone! I asked the last guy to escalate the call and he wouldn’t do it, he scheduled a technician to come out and take a look. Worst of all the past 4 people on the phone have all copped attitudes with me. I was nicer to them than they were to me, but they kept dishing it on! I’d love to see this company go down.

I agree wholeheartedly with the reviewer above! Going into the Comcast Office on South St. in Eatontown is like going into the unemployment office. Attitude and more attitude. God forbid you haven’t paid half of your bill A MONTHINADVANCE! Then no service. If you’re not the account holder(maybe the acct. holder has to work and can’t go out there) then NOSERVICE. They don’t want to know anything except they know how to to give you a new box and pout at you. The ladies that work there are poorly trained and rude. It’s intimidating! And for that money, too! They just get their way cause right now, they are the only game in town! They CAN get you to pay half of the bill a month in advance before you can get a tech out there. It’s just horrid. Just wait until competition comes in. They’ll get their comeuppance! Pat in Fair Haven, NJ

Can there be a more hated company anywhere? Too much to go into, but they have really treated me badly. I had to file complaint with BBB to get any resolution. The repairman they sent to my house was the most arrogent a-hole i’ve ever met! When I went to the main office in eatontown, they had serious attitude. I had to «set the tone» real quickly with the jerk that works there. If i could give them negative 100 stars I would. I guess they’re a monopoly and get away with this???
