The View at Morgan Hill

We enjoyed dining at Vintage so we wanted to give this place with its new name and menu a try during Easton’s Restaurant week. We are thrilled to report that we had a delicious meal with excellent service provided by Lindsay. The oyster appetizers were amazing ! I had the Guinness short rib which fell off the bone and my husband was very pleased with his trout specialty. The prix fixe menu also included our Caesar salads and delightful turtle cheesecake. The view is gorgeous during the day but also something to see at night. We will definitely be back !

The View at Morgan Hill is in the old location of Vintage in Easton, PA. I had regularly visited Vintage during my travels to the area so wanted to try it under the new ownership.
When you enter, it looks very much the same. It still doubles as the 19^th hole of the golf course, so their bar is usually pretty crowded. We met friends there for drinks during the evening and ended up getting a few appetizers too.
Their bar is well stocked with just about everything you could want. Their menu is less chic than Vintage had, offering kind of what you would expect at a good sports bar. We had Buffalo Wings and an order of Nachos. Both were outstanding.
The ambiance is very pleasant. I know this was partially due to the company but before we knew it we had several drinks and the bartender made the last call. I have not closed a bar in many years. The fact that we did speaks to the quality of their service.
You will be pleased with the new owners and what they have done. Definitely stays up their as one of my favorites in the Easton area.
