Yo. Terra. Seriously. Get it together! Your«baristas» suck. You are carrying some of the best coffee in the Lehigh Valley, but you have no idea how to prepare it. The staff is clueless in the customer service department, too. I only go to you for drip coffee because I hate giving my money to corporate Dunkin. Once the coffee shop in the public market is up and running, you’re done… and good riddance.

Had to update, as now 2 of our 3 visits were not great. Woman taking orders kept taking orders instead of making any beverages. When our turn she said«it will be a while, I have five other people’s order to do before yours» I asked how long and she said«about 20 – 30 minutes» — for two cups of coffee! Why would you keep logging drink orders instead of making the one you just took? There were people behind us so likely that would have been even longer since she would have waited to take their order vs starting the pile she had. Please find a better system — everything else is awesome…

My favorite place for an iced mocha. From the day I moved into town, they have been amazingly welcoming to my son and I. Great atmosphere, and coffee. The art on the walls is good to take in while waiting. Would easily give them 5 stars if there was a sense of urgency in getting orders quickly. But, that is part of why the place is so nice. They take the time to make it a pleasant experience. Stop by have coffee, try the lemon/banana breads, and enjoy the scene. :)

I think I was let down for the last time. I called in an order for a friend and I. Was in a hurry and know that there is no such thing as quick. Ordered her a caramel latte. They aren’t my thing so I didn’t think to try it before I left. It was the most sickeningly sweet I have ever tasted. I don’t see how anyone who has ever made a coffee beverage before would find that acceptable to serve. She threw it away after a sip. What a waste of probably $ 5.00. Sorry Terra, I tried.

Easily my go-to for coffee when out and about or just a quick bite to eat. Such a super friendly attitude and always welcoming! I totally recommend you stop in when you’re in the downtown area!

So we thought this cute café would be a nice spot for a quick lunch. The menu looked great. Healthy fresh smoothies and sandwiches. Boy were we wrong. There was nothing quick about the service. It took nearly 45 minutes to get a veggie wrap and a veggie burrito. They were out of many ingredients, such a lettuce and tomatoes, sour cream, and flax. While flax may not be everyone’s idea of a resturant staple it was a significant ingredient in over half their smoothie menu including the one recommended to me. Eventually we got our food, minus the flaxless smoothie. It was average. Certainly not worth the 45 minute wait.

The food is normal, but they can do espresso up good! Since they are a coffee joint, with a smoothie bar on the side and some somewhat tasty food, the coffee is mucho importante.

Perfect for what it is: a little, locally owned Café with a commitment to fair trade and delicious food and smoothies. I had a tamale and amazing smoothie, but had a really hard time choosing; everything sounded good! Tamale was the best I’ve had. The place was busy with people swinging through who clearly go regularly, but the staff was warm and welcoming to everyone, it seemed. Outdoor seats were perfect for the day, with some on the side of the building for anyone who might prefer shade. Great Street for people watching.

In same day, had breakfast and, later, lunch. Both were delicious. Chai was particularly good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Note: perfectly clean, but not a white tablecloth kind of place. Suits me just fine, but ymmv.

Drinks were great, chai latte probably best I ever had but beware: if an attractive female walks in after you, they will be served first. -.-

Good coffee, great food, and amazing people! If you’re looking for coffee from around the world or a healthy lunch this is the place to go. The«PBT» breakfast sandwich, pesto, bacon, & tomato, is just one example of the creative dishes on the menu. Also, check out the specials board each day. Highly recommend this place when in Centre Square or driving through Easton.

Looking for a place to grab a good cup of coffee and breakfast– this is the spot to stop! Place is small so we took the food to go, but definitely worth checking out. I ordered a vanilla chai and it was made not from mix but actual tea leaves. It was light and had just enough flavor. My husband ordered a regular cup of coffee — but he’s not picky and likes anything. We also split a granola berry smoothie — it was like a liquid breakfast — very tasty. For breakfast, we ordered the sandwich special — egg, cheddar, avocado on toasted croissant. The atmosphere is laid back as John Lennon played softly in the background. Customers could order fresh fruit — a nice option as a side to our meal, but we went to the market next door first :)

I stopped in to meet a friend late Thursday afternoon. Arriving at 4:40, I tried to order coffee and was told they were«out» of coffee. «Huh? This is a coffeeshop!» I thought. The(dour) barista then informed me that he wouldn’t be making any more coffee, since Terra was about to close(at 5 o’clock). He did offer to make me an «Americano» with something he called espresso. But it tasted like dishwater. He then proceeded to clean rather vigorously around us and several other customers who’d come in just before 5 until we «got the hint» and left. Needless to say I am not planning to return.

This place is my usual«go-to» for coffee and a quick bite while going out and about. They have great coffee(better than DD in my opinion,) great food and supberb atmosphere! Everything they make is fresh to order and they even have some homemade goodies too! Try their smoothies/power food smoothies if you get the chance! They use fresh fruit and the whole nine yards.

Love this place. I come here in the mornings for fresh smoothies and breakfast sandwiches. Everything is so fresh! I love their avocado, egg and cheese on a bagel. Yum! And the homemade empanadas & tiramisu are a must try.

My roomie and I popped in here while waiting for our friends to finish shopping at the Crayola Store, and it was a great respite from a busy day. The barista was a sweet young lady who happily accommodated my request of an iced green tea, and brewed it up fresh! My roomie got a delish soy latte, but the tamale he got was a bit of a flop. Great place to grab a nice cup of tea or coffee if you are in the area ^_^
