Chick-fil-A

I looked at the reviews and I thought «Eh, all Chick-Fil-A’s are the same right?» Well, this one isn’t. It’s fries were really salty and I could only eat 10 of the 12 chicken nuggets because two of them didn’t even count as a piece. Not to mention they gave our food to us almost right after we had ordered it. If you want to go to a Chick-​Fil-​A, I wouldn’t recommend this one.

This place was quick. A little too quick. I placed my order and not more than 20 seconds later, there it was. How long was it sitting under the heat lamp before it was given to me?
Also, refill service was slow. There were 3 girls running out orders to customers in the dining room and they would all whisk past me, even though I had my lid and straw held up in the air and clearly needed a refill. I understand they were busy filling orders, but the tea urn was right there, it’s on the way back, and it’ll only take 10 seconds and is part of the Second Mile service CFA is supposed to be known for. They passed me at least 5 times even after I said «excuse me» twice to try and get their attention. It wasn’t even the lunch rush. They weren’t exactly busy.
The dude that saved the day was Nick, who came out of the kitchen, washed his hands, apologized for my wait and took care of it immediately with the smiling service CFA is known for. I think a few of the runners were managers… Nick should probably take their place because he hasn’t lost the CFA spirit like the others seem to have.

I use to be a big fan of another fast food Giants chicken sandwich but now chik is the king to me when it come to that. I find this location quieter () to me to than another location that I like to stop at in Midlothian, Virginia, where you can never find a table there it’s always packed to the gills, I guess that’s a good thing, it means the food is always fresher. But Good grief Charlie Brown can I get a seat too!

Great food and friendly staff, except for Helen, one of the managers. The only reason I can think that they would hire such an unpleasant person is that they use her Icy soul to keep the milkshakes cold. Ask for a different cashier if you catch her and you will have a much better experience at this Chick-​Fil-​A.
