Had service scheduled and spoke with woman in the office who seemed knowledgable and on it. Yet when the day came for service no one showed up and I didn’t get any «detailed report» they promised me upon completion. Needed the service done before I closed on my home — and had to find another service in a crunch. Would not recommend this place if you need a reliable service.

We paid $ 125 to have our home sprayed for pest/​insect control in August. We have used other pest control companies before and it has been my experience over 12 years this has always been an approximate ³⁰⁄₄₅ minute service to do the interior/​exterior perimeters properly. I was surprised he was finished in less than 10 – 15 minutes (4200 sq ft) and when I mentioned my concern with the little amount of time he invested in doing this job, he stated if we had any problems he would be happy to spray again «within our warranty period» and sealed it with a «guarantee» so I gave him the benefit of my doubt on whether a thorough job was done.
Unfortunately we continued to see spiders, bugs and other insects so I called three weeks after initial application and asked for the warranty to be honored. I wasn’t interested in debating/​arguing about the very little amount of time the technician spent in comparison to other exterminators to successfully exterminate or why we were still seeing insects/​spiders in our home. I was only interested in receiving the services we paid $ 125 for and to have insects/​pests exterminated and done so properly, perimeter to perimeter.
The technician returned only to inform me he would spray «only the rooms I have recently seen spiders». That is not a warranty but an unprofessional and lazy way to address a significant problem. It’s an obvious fact the spiders/​insects are not originating «only in the areas they were visible in» but are there due to the fact the original application was not a thorough job done properly as I first suspected leaving me feeling uncertain and disappointed again
In summary, I believe we didn’t get what we paid for and to be very CLEAR there is «NO WARRANTY». I will have to call another pest control business to have our home spayed again perimeter to perimeter professionally with attention to detail which takes longer than 10 minutes. I will share my experience on our community social media page with my neighbors should they decide to use this company so they can emphasize that «proper time needs to be taken with attention to detail» since the warranty is bogus.
