If you should be so unfortunate to aquire bed bugs DON’T CALL THESE GUYS. Back in October, we found bed bugs in my son’s room. I called and spoke with Victor and he told me they could come out that next day for $ 400 and a 90 day guarantee. He assured me he’d be able to get rid of them. He told me no need to move furniture or anything that they’d take care of that. All I needed to do was wash all our clothes, bed sheets, linens etc. GREAT! or so I thought.
Over the 90 day period either Victor or Joel would come and spray just about every 3 weeks. To no avail. Ive done everything you are supposed to do in between treatments (ie. Vaccuming daily, washing sheets every few days, mattress and box spring protectors etc) even though when I asked them what things i should be doing, they told me «nothimg. You can live life like you normally would») This last time they came, my sofa got ripped when they flipped it and they didn’t even bother to tell me when he texted me to tell me he was done. When I got home and I contacted them, Joel basically put it off on me that it was my fault because I didn’t flip my own couches even though I was told not to. That was the last I have heard from them. I have called and called because the problem seems to be worse than it was when this whole thing started. No one will return my calls. It’s funny how at the end of my 90 days, they just dropped me.
In hindsight, I should’ve known. $ 400 for bed bug remediation is low. And no written prep instructions were ever given to me which after doing my own research am finding odd. The guys were nice enough to begin with (the only reason for the one star) but I still have the problem and now I have to pay another company to come in and HOPEFULLY kill these things off. Living with these things for the last 3 months has been bad enough. The financial strain is a whole other story. Find someone reputable. Not Mean Green.

I had Victor Rios come in to check my house for bed bugs or anything else that was biting me. Amazing service! I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to help out. I called him Sunday morning around nine and he was at my house around noon! He was incredibly respectful and he asked before he touched anything in the house. I will definitely call Mean Green If I have any other problems! Great company!!!
