Put this place on my «must try» list after Westchester magazine blew up my Instagram with their amazing food photos. My husband and I decided to try their brunch on a rainy Sunday. The place is small but very adorable. We got a table with no problem. I decided to do a la cart and ordered the«must try» eggplant chips(salty & delicious with drizzled honey), avocado toast(thick, fresh multi grain bread with mashed avocado, eggs over easy and onions but with too many parley chucks on it) and a(huge) side of potatoes(delicious). My husband did the brunch special with unlimited mimosa or michelada’s(Bloody Mary with beer instead of vodka). He had the meatball sampler(3 huge delicious different meatballs. Extremely tasty), bacon and egg stromboli(a little small but perfect size after the huge meatballs). They didn’t have any pastries that day that was supposed to come with the prefixed meal so they gave us zeppoles with cinnamon and sugar(we were so full but we finished them off with no problem!) Overall a delicious brunch. The staff was overall very nice and welcoming. Will definitely come back to try the pizza and pasta another time.

Ordered from here again since it is so close to our house but this time we tried the eggplant sandwich and the chicken milanese sandwich with French fries. All three items were delicious but I 100% feel like they are way too expensive. The sandwiches are half the size of a typical wedge you would get from Crestwood and twice the cost. Yes, they have more authentic types of sandwiches but not many. And since they are smaller, you think they would pack them more but not so. I wish I could make this place my go to but I don’t like paying for overprice items.

Fun boozy brunch with a dog-friendly patio. Visited Popelttini on a Sunday afternoon after a trip to the Larchmont dog beach. We enjoyed a burger, pizza and endless mimosas. I wanted to try the Michelada but they were out of the mix early in the day. The burger was a bit dry but the pizza was great. The server although slow was super friendly and gave our boxer water. Great spot for a bubbly brunch!

Really love this place, especially after they expanded into the storefront next door on Fisher. The only thing I can comment on from this restaurant is the Pizza with fig on it, because its the first thing I ever ordered and probably will be the only thing I ever order because its amazing, although I did try the meatballs and they were good as well. Had a good experience with the staff there, so good food plus good service equals a perfect rating for me. What I also must say is that you get what you pay for, that I think that’s something you should know where you walk into Polpettina is that yes it may be a bit more expensive than the rest though the food is excellent, so if your willing to cough up a few extra bucks for a better experience than its a good place for you.

Music way to loud. I’m all for nice music and fun, but still you could make it so you can hear your server and your date!!! Food was very good, but how about letting us enjoy your delicious eggplant chips and calamari appetizer before bringing our pizza out. I know you want to get us out so you can fill our table again, but still!!! Also when we order cappuccino and your delicious zeppoles, we want to have them together! Cappuccino first, 10 mins later zeppoles. I blame this on the waitress. still gave her a good tip, because being a waitress is not an easy job. All and all I think Polpettina is a great place. Just please don’t rush us, we want to enjoy your food and come back for more :)

Had dinner her last night with my Fiancé. We had the Black truffle pizza to start which was very good, then I had the Truffled Carbonara also very good and my fiancé had the Mussels over spaghetti, not so good very over powering taste of basil and the menu said nothing about basil being in it. My fiancé being the person she is didn’t want to complain so I pushed her to do and when she did the waitress didn’t apologize or offer up a new dish she simply replied«really». In replacement she ordered the Fried Calamari which was very good. My 2 star rating is more for the service then the food the food was very good and very fresh, but what’s good food what out good service.

Every single item that I have ordered from this menu has been TODIE for. From the eggplant chips, The Morty, pizza, meatballs, spicy fries etc etc SOGOOD. I have nothing but good things to say about this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you have some time blocked off because it is small and always a wait… BUT well worth it.

Solid place. friendly service. The meatballs are good, but not as amazing as I would’ve expected for a place named after meatballs. The eggplant chips tho… I could munch on those all day. Will come back to try the pizza

Wow this place is awesome very nice décor small! Very friendly and inviting staff. eggplant chips are awesome! Bathroom there are two I think very clean Dog pizza excellent. Calamari yumm they didn’t make it too spicy. I so enjoyed the drive from Staten Island through Nj and over the GW. We came back via HH parkway heavy traffic at 5pm.

Came here twice so far. Once for dinner and once for brunch. A few standouts — the fig pizza, and Brunch pizza both awesome! We tried the eggplant chips that people raved about but for me they were a little to greasy, but my everyone else in our group enjoyed them. Also tried the meatballs(selection of 3) which were just ok. Overall a very solid place to check out.

This place is AMAZING. Their muscles are to die for, carbonara, eggplant chips, okay you know what everything there is so good! You could literally choose anything from their menu and you will not be disappointed. The service is great, and you could tell that the staff genuinely care about their customers.

I have been here a handful of times. I’ve ordered the same thing each time because it’s INCREDIBLE. The Chicken Milanese sandwich is THAT good. I’ve managed to taste everything that my dining party ordered too. It’s all been excellent. Great ingredients, creative flavor combos, attentive service and a standout beers. It’s not a huge place, so you may have to wait 30 mins at prime time on weekends but it’s certainly worth it.

Wine. Down. Wednesday. Half off all wine on Wednesday’s combined with their crispy, addictive eggplant chips and you have yourself a mid-week break. Our go-to for main dishes are the eggplant parm and burger. The eggplant parm has thin sliced of eggplant arranged perfectly with savory sauce and cheese. The burger is always cooked and seasoned perfectly and topped with some crispy bacon. Another excellent option are the meatballs, I always prefer the beef or pork as the chicken isn’t glazed with a sauce I prefer. As far as desserts go, can’t go wrong with some gelato or the affogato. Could get a bit pricey here however, is pretty average for the location. Only other gripe is finding some parking but you could grab a spot a few blocks away and walk off the eggplant chips. Service is always friendly and treat everyone with care, giving the perfect amount of attention.

Made the mistake of giving this restaurant a try between 3 and 430pm when apparently they are closed. We walked up this summer and was told a little too abruptly that we’re not open now, we’ll be open at 430. It was said very directly and in an off putting manner. Believe me, I get it — there’s good pizza all over Westchester. And that’s where we’ll spend our money.

YOUGUYS. I moved to Westchester in December. I know you may not know this about me yet, because I spend all my time in the city. I just figured Westchester isn’t where it’s at for food. When we bought our house, we did it at night. In the dark. I never saw my home in daylight until I owned it. I don’t really recommend this as the way to be a first time homeowner, but it worked out for us. ANYWAY. Because I only went at night, I never noticed Polpettina, right at the end of my block. One day, we took some fami;y over to see the house after we owned it but had yet to move in. We decided to go to Polpettina since it looked cute and crowded enough and… you know… what if it was actually really good? As you may have guessed, it’s completely delicious. Like, whoa. We had brunch that first time, and the prices were unbeatable, the food outstanding, the staff crazy friendly. I loved the unlimited champagne and beer cocktails that accompanied lunch. Since then, my husband and I go, like, every night. Okay maybe not EVERY night, but at least two times a week. Christina always greets us with a smile and makes us feel like regulars. Josh is always smiling at the bar. We have tried everything on the menu. It’s all delicious. I can honestly say, everything here is good. Really good. The pizzas are flavorful and well balanced. The ingredients are fresh. The meatballs melt in your mouth, the eggplant chips are EVERYTHING. Eggplant that melts into your mouth with a light crunch on the outside and honey drizzled on top? Come on now. You know that tastes good before you even try it for yourself. The beer selection is on fleek, as kids say these days and the wine is good, too. They have specials all week long. It’s comfort food with a little bit of flair. We have brought tons of our friends and family and not one person doesn’t leave that meal impressed. It’s great for kids, adults, foodies and your friend the picky eater. I legit can’t even begin to tell you how much I love it, but the above was my best attempt. If you haven’t been here yet, GO! What the hell are you waiting for?

My family and I love Polpettina! We come here at least once or twice a month. They have great fresh ingredients. My go to is the calamari and the crispy eggplant chips for apps. I enjoy the arugula salad and the pizza which I make my own with meatball and onions. The zeppoles are delicious as well. Yesterday they had a watermelon sangria special which was absolutely delicious. It tasted as though they blended fresh watermelons rather then using a prepackaged juice. The wait staff are always very attentive even when there was a large group of us at one point(which wasn’t smart since the space isn’t very large) they were welcoming and accommodating. I would suggest anyone to go there if they are interested in great thin crust pizza. Which is much better then the competitor Burrata at the top of the hill.

Upon walking in you’re greeted with a warm welcome in the dimly lit rustic ambiance that sets the mood for some extraordinary fare. The serving staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgable of both the menu and the craft beer selection. Christina, the manager is passionate about the food and the experience and is quick to offer advice and opinions about the menu… Oh, and the food is incredible. Start with the eggplant chips, it’s a life changing experience… Moving right along, I’m a self proclaimed pizza snob. And the Neapolitan style is done right. Regardless of topping… Just do yourself a favor and eat here. And save room for the zeppoles. You can walk it off tomorrow…

Almost-perfect date location! +‘s– Clean and Professional, Awesome laid back but classy décor, Beer is King here, Amazing Pro-organic local ingredients, creative menu, simple and great flavor, more than reasonable pricing for what you get, you can take the pickiest, most scrutinizing person here– if they don’t like the food, they’re lying!!! -‘s Small and cramped seating section by the bar area, always gets packed for dinner and no reservations, parking is hit or miss, sometimes takes a while to get staff’s attention after being seated. I cannot rave enough about the food here, everything is really good. Don’t overdo it though, keep it simple… you can always come back again!

So the owner Mike ended up coming to my Japanese restaurant in NYC and of course I’m nosy and talk to everyone so I heard the word Yonkers I decided to jump in the convo. Which is pretty awesome bc he’s a big fan of Japanese food. And I’m a fan of good food myself and besides hearing that he has this restaurant I heard from at least 3 of my friends about his place before that anyways so I decided to check it out. This place is super cute and so homey. I came here on a friday, they told me and my gf it’ll be a bit of a wait, but then the bar counter opened up and we didn’t mind sitting there at all! Less than 5 minutes waiting. The one thing that I love here is that the sauvignon blanc is my favorite(they sell it at my restaurant too) it’s Kato from Marlborough YUM. And it’s a lot cheaper here than at my restaurant so I’ll take it! The server, bartender whatever she was was super sweet, she was friendly to all the guests and talkative which made me feel more welcomed. I ended up ordering the truffle fries, can’t go wrong with those. And my pizza I decided to make my own, which is nice to have that option. Our server warned me it would be a very expensive pizza lol but I didn’t mind at all. It was delicious and it’s nice to see the open area to watch the boys make the pizza. There was also something wrong with the credit card machine, which I felt bad for the server bc the old hags next to me who looked like they don’t even know how to use a tv remote were getting upset at her for it not working on their card. But it finally worked.

Loved it here! The food is very good and they actually have a nice selection of beers for a small restaurant. A cute little neighborhood gem, would be a great hangout spot but it’s often crowded(it is pretty small and easily packed). First time I came here they had amazing specials but not this time around. I did try the special burrata crostini which was actually very delicious. Eggplant chips are one of their signature dishes and they’re quite good. Pizza is good here but if you make your own, it gets expensive(base for small is $ 14 plus each topping is $ 2 – 4) my small pizza ended up to be $ 21 but I can’t deny it was delicious. Loved the chicken meatball– meaty, tad sweet and tangy. The sesame jus worked. Desserts looked really appetizing but I was too full to try. Will definitely try the Affogato and zepoles next time
