They sale appliances… We have purchased a number of items from them (stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge) and all they want is your cash. The last item we purchased was several years ago. Nice GE profile refrigerator. It was delivered with a streak on the stainless. The guys said it would not last. I should have told him to take it back. After several calls to them I gave up and have a $ 3k+ refrigerator with a streak on the door. The refrigerator has also had numerous issues but that is probably not their fault — GE product.

I have been shopping at H & H for over 29 years and for three different houses. Their customer service has always been excellent. The installers and sales people, have been there for me on-​time every time. Recently I had a difficult situation with what I thought was a gas leak. (Turns out it wasn’t…) Their care and concern was immediate, exemplary and so appreciated.

Delivery was a breeze and was very professional would definitely recommend H&H to any of my close friends family or coworkers who are looking for a hasslefree buying experience

Beware. Customer service ends with the sale. After paying full price for a top of the line fridge they delivered a dented, non working appliance. Called the salesman several times with no return call.
The only call I ever got from them was to get my credit card number.
