B J’s Wholesale Club Inc

I received HORRIBLE customer service today when trying to get another membership card. Today is November 24^th, 2015. She was an middle age woman who was more concern on giving me one word responses and looking at her nails instead of giving me the proper respect as a PAYING COSTUMER. I was there today around 4pm so if a manager would like to look further into this it will give them a better look into that woman’s attitude problem.

This is a solid BJ’s store. It is the same as any other BJ store I have gone to. The only difference I can really say is that they have a lot of salt potatoes, which is literally a bag of potatoes + salt…
Is that something that is popular around here? It took me forever to actually just find a bag of potatoes without the salt XD

I received total disrespect at the cash register tonight. If you are the type who uses the alcohol wipes at the front door to wipe down the cart because you are conscious of what you touch and the sometimes deadly germs and viruses you can pick up, you better not ask the cashier if you can use the same cart instead of the customers before you. I didn’t know those people and if the pick their nose, teeth, cough in their hands etc… The cashier was about to put my purchase in the cart they left behind. I simply asked if I could use my cart and that’s when it happened. The cashier had a total internal melt down. Her eyes rolled right in front of me, she huffed in disgust. I am sure their security camera’s caught the whole thing. I asked if it was OK since she seemed upset and she would not even look at me or even acknowledge that I asked her a question. Her attitude and body language was all I needed to know that I was being treated with total disrespect. I just could not bring myself to spend my hard earned money there. Today is Saturday the 18^th of January 2014. Any BJ’s manager who wants to know, just go check out your cashiers camera’s around 6 PM. This store definitely lost 1 customer anyway. I am so disgusted as a paying customer to receive this treatment, I don’t even want to give 1 star. I’ll try to submit but if you see 1 start, it’s because Unilocal made me put a star.

Good solid BJ’s store. All the usual suspects, easy to get to, very competent staff. Gas available. We use it all the time

A weekly trip to BJ’s for mixed baby salad greens, tomatoes, eggs, kitty litter and stuffed salmon filets is a must. It’s quick and convenient, and I know I earn back the $ 50/​year membership fee in savings over just a couple of months. The cute ginger at the checkouts isn’t hard to look at either. ;)
