Dunkin’ Donuts

Had an order mistake. I ordered a flavored ice coffee and they forgot to add the flavor. Was a minimal wait to fix though. Sandwiches were excellent. Tried the new chicken bacon pretzel. Wasnt sure if I’d like the mustard and salt on the chicken and bun but it was surprisingly good.

Very bad instore experience. Frequented DD for the past 10 years from across the US, and from Buffalo-​Rochester to Chittenango NY. This is by far the worst and slowest experience I had. Arrived in store ~3:10pm 27FEB15 Seemed to be widespread confusion with nobody at the registers. A woman had walked in before me. At the pickup area a line had formed (assumed for pickup). After ~5 minutes we were acknowledged and asked to move to pickup. Then kicked back to register another couple minutes later. Between what seemed like ~5 employees, they were VERY disoriented and their priorities for the customer were extremely low. When we were finally helped — employee was rude and impatient.
There were a few unfruitful «sorry for the wait“s but after such a long wait — i never want to come here again. From 2004 – 2007 this DD was very effective instore and drivethrough. When in the area iwill go to TimHortons or DD chittenango (A+). Please shape up this crew. Disheartening, because this DD close to work.

I think this morning everyone was still asleep. I give this a good review because I asked for a small and received medium. I ordered the cookie dough latte and it was very watery. I like Dunkin and hardly ever have an issue, but I think the employees need to lower the volume of gossip back there. I don’t want to hear about what they did last night while I eat.
