I lived in one of the properties rented by Stone Property Management for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. Both Sheba and Dan were always great at responding to any issues that popped up, and Sheba was especially helpful when I was looking to rent in Providence — I matched at Brown for residency and had a friend who lived locally go by to look at the apartment. Sheba was able to answer all of my questions from afar and really helped the move to Providence go super smoothly. I’ve lived in about 8 apartments over the years, and Stone Property Management has by far been the easiest to work with! I only moved out because I moved on to a house. If I were looking for an apartment again, I would without a doubt work with Stone Property Management again.
