What a ripoff! They do decent plumbing but they charge an arm and a leg for basic repairs! I am so disappointed! The owner’s wife runs the show and tags every penny possible onto the bill. To repair the insides of a toilet and and outside faucet in little over an hour for close to $ 400.00? I don’t think so! Also, was charged $ 39.00 travel cost when his wife told me he was already in the area. What is that $ 25.00 a gallon plus time?

Doesn’t stand by his employees work. One of his employees did not fully reconnecting my washing machine after installing new faucets. I started the washer, left the room, and the washer drained all over my basement floor (fortunately not a finished basement). Took me over an hour to clean up the mess. Mike refused to adjust the bill.

Fast response, good communication, got the problem resolved at a very reasonable price. A good company that I will call first when I need plumbing services again.
