I just went to a Thanksgiving vegan pot luck from
where the owner of Café Mista was the host. She brought some of her desserts. OMG. Perfection. The best was a chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. I’m into desserts especially peanut butter and chocolate & this gets a 10. The cake was moist and the frosting was great. She also brought brownies which were great. Finally, she made some mini cakes with the batter from the cake w/​out icing. These were also great, but I’d prefer icing. After all, if you’re gonna get fat-​might as well have alot of sugar in your dessert. ;)
