I ordered flowers for my daughter in law and the flower were beautiful, however the surprise was spoiled when they called about delivery. Had I known this was their practice I would of set up other arraignments. When I called to tell them of my disappointment, there was no I’m sorry or let us make the right NOTHING. I feel this is a bad way of doing business, when flowers can offen be a surprise for people. VERY disappointed.

I called from CT to get something delivered the same day to Vermont, and this shop did a spectacular flower arrangement, and added a box of chocolates for my sister who fell and hurt herself. She loved the whole thing and thought the flowers were beautiful, and even posted a picture on Facebook. They were delivered within a couple of hours. I will certainly use the Pink Shutter again!
