I wish I had more excuses to send flowers in Montpelier! I placed an order online for an arrangement to be sent to a friend for her birthday… the day before they were to be delivered, I found out she was leaving town for a few days. I called Petals and Things and was able to change delivery until after her return home (the woman who answered the phone was lovely and even offered to try to get a delivery out that very day).
