Rite Aid

I’ve been coming to this drug store basically forever. I have many find memories of my best friend, who was also my next door neighbor, using, «We’re going to Genovese!» as an excuse many a time to get out if the house & go do typical teenager rebellious things with other friends down at the neighborhood sump lol. I’ve seen this drug store go from Genovese to Eckerds to Rite Aid, but one this has always remained the same, the pharmacist & employees. Most of the people working there currently have been there for an incredibly long time. The pharmacy team are super helpful & knowledgable & will answer anyone’s questions, regardless of how many or how dumb. Believe me, waiting in line to pick up my prescriptions, I’ve heard some really dumb questions. Even after moving out of East Meadow I still choose to get my prescriptions filled here because it’s where I feel most comfortable & it’s down the block from my grandparent’s house. This is my definitely my pharmacy if choice. Period.

A significant line was handled quickly in this rickety but bright and well-​maintained, albeit eerily quiet, Rite Aid.
