One of the last operational farms in Nassau County. A great little farm that is just so adorable. Everything they grow is organic. The also have a farm stand and receive deliveries from farms out east on the Island daily. Not the widest selection of fruits and veggies, but they go by what is in season. It really is a great place to bring kids or yourself if you want to feel connected to where your food comes from. My wife and I are here at least once a week.

This place is the best!
I stopped by friendly Farms to see if they had any fresh pies. To my surprise they had plenty and so much more. The people were all really helpful and sweet.
Its family owned and has fresh seasonal produce like corn from out east, tomatoes… etc. They also grow organic produce on the land and will pick it for you if it’s ready like fresh basil and stuff.
Christmas time they have the most amazing wreath designs and grave blankets. Spring and summer it’s like a farmers market and then fall they turn the greenhouses in to a haunted house.
A OK in my book, love to see business’ like this one still around!
