Entenmann’s Bakery

Horrible, brought a black and white cake, and it’s seems that cake must have been there for weeks. The butter cream was crusty and the cake was hard, never will buy there again

Pulled in to check out this not affiliated with the mass producer Entenmann’s Bakery there 20 or so years they said. when I saw the strip center redone, I finally noticed it!
Nice people, very generic plain bakery reminds me of the inside of a supermarket style, with a few basic items, a few football buttercream cakes with, what looked like low quality cup cakes (buttercream aka shortening based icing on the chocolate cupcakes, excess artificial color on some red velvet cupcakes).
They did have a few basic turnovers no chance of real fruit in them. and some ok looking coffee rings, no pecans or walnuts more bready and highly processed fruit added to the tricolor one.
They did have that new invention cronuts… and I tried one. If you need to try a fried odd textured donut with what seems like out of a pail donut cream filling. they are here.
Id still stop in and get a coffee ring or bread, though basic, it was pleasant, and did have customers coming in and out.

I went here as I passed by because I was craving some Tiramisu. I should have just gotten the Tiramisu from Uncle Gisseppe’s next door like I usually do. Entenmann’s tiramisu was dry and bland. :(
Service was good though

An Entenmann’s Bakery outlet that sells not so fresh baked goodies from the factory as it came from retailers who are unable to sell their products. Their cakes, cookies and other sweets appear fresh and tasty but one does not know how long it’s been sitting on the shelf, as looks can be deceiving. Service is somewhat attentive. As soon as patrons enter this outlet the aroma of baked goods fill your senses, which I love the smell of freshly baked goodies.
I usually buy their original chocolate chip cookies and stay away from cakes as I fear to be sick.
