Michael did an amazing job reupholstering a set of vintage Moller rosewood chairs in glossy Italian leather for me. I live in Florida and the chairs were in NY, and I found his website using Google Maps. After seeing his website we talked and I was pretty confident that he would be up to the job. We did all the arrangements over the phone and email. Michael picked them up, brought them for refinishing, and delivered them when completed. The job went smoothly and was done professionally. I would recommend East Meadow Upholsterers based upon my exerience.

This place is a great find! I have 1950’s style diner chairs and a stool that were in need of re-​upholstering. I couldn’t find a trustworthy and reasonably priced store in Brooklyn or Manhattan and found this place while visiting LI. I just picked them up & they look great! They look better than they did when I originally bought them. The price was great too. Mike, the owner was helpful in picking out the right color vinyl and piping and quick to get the chairs done. Well worth the trip, my kitchen looks great.
