Dunkin’ Donuts

The owner is VERY nasty. I recommend you go elsewhere. Sarcastic, rude, and the place feels like it’s 100 degrees.
HOWEVER The employees are great very friendly and make my coffee perfect every time!

Soooo, after we indulged at Greene Turtle we decided we weren’t fat enough and decided to get on this bandwagon. I swore to her they had the warm cookie ice cream sandwich here and she said no so whoever won had to pay for dessert. Guess who won??? THis motherfucker over here did. I got the peanut butter chocolate cookie and Double fudge cookie with mint choc chip ice cream and she got some layered monstrosity that took the poor guy forever to make. I should have taken a photo it was a thing of beauty… i inhaled that poor sucker in minutes. It was delicious. Place was packed!!! Much nicer than the old one. THey were cleaning out the ice cream freezer and i felt bad we made the guy work so hard on our ice cream but DAMN it was good shit!!!

They just moved next door, and the place looks great! Unfortunately the service is lacking. I have been in twice so far since they opened (which I think was about a week ago). The first time the cashier gave my receipt with a free drink to another customer. Since it was mine, it came up in my email & app so I used it immediately before the other customer could use it.
The second time (this is what is causing me to not want to go back there) I ordered iced coffee and what they did was pour hot coffee over ice! So basically I ended up with a cup of room temperature watered-​down coffee. Going to have to stick with the one on the other side of Hempstead Turnpike instead

Old and tired. This place needs a re-​do. 2 times visited lately and they don’t have Boston cremes readily available aykm? I can only hope the owners will seriously consider renovating this location and re training their staff to be kind and courteous to the customers.

Really good hot chocolate and donuts. I got everything very quickly and at a good price.

This is THE WORST dunkin donuts I have ever been to. Sure, they’re quick to give you your drink, but I could do without the attitude from the kids that work there.
The last straw was today, National Donut Day. There were 2 people behind the counter, boy and a girl, who were talking to one another without a care in the world, regardless of the customers in the store. The boy was too busy making it (obnoxiously) known to EVERYONE that he only had an hour left to his shift, to even acknowledge the customers coming in through the door.
My boyfriend ordered a hot cup of coffee, which they made right away, I’ll give them that. The girl came around and asked if we wanted anything else. When I placed my order, a medium iced mocha latte, the girl sighed. Yes, SHE ACTUALLY SIGHED. Loud enough for me to hear. I was too dumbfounded to properly give my order (skim, no whip) because I could not, for the life of me, believe that this girl, gave such a negative reaction to my order. I think her sighing that loud made her forget that she works in a CUSTOMER-​BASED industry. It’s not like I was rude; my parents taught me to say, «please» and «thank you», so I could not understand why my order elicited such a negative reaction. SMH.
I asked for our free donuts and got another round of attitude, yippee. I swear, they were giving them away left and right. Anyway, I pulled up the DD app when it came time to pay. I held my phone up for a bit, but the guy who was ringing me up, the same guy who was excited about getting off work, did not say anything about their scanner not working, so he got miffed when I pulled my phone away. I guess I was expected to be psychic too.
Thinking back, I should have asked for my receipt (although I don’t understand why I should have to; they should just give them to customers automatically), so I could have shared my experience with corporate. Maybe, just maybe, they could have done something about the miserable signage they have atop the building, as well as the quality of customer service that comes out of this store.

Generally speaking, I really like Dunkin Donuts, but not this one. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast combo and rather than adding the 60 cents to the cost of my breakfast sandwich (as advertised for the combo), they charged me the full $ 2.38 extra for the coffee. And to make matters worse, both sandwiches were terrible: they tasted like they’d made them hours earlier and just microwaved them for 30 seconds before throwing them in the bag. All this happened at 8am on Sunday morning… they weren’t even busy… no excuse. There are other Dunkin Donuts locations nearby… try one of them.

Never has what you want

Conveniently located off a main roadway with a small parking lot. Staff seemed friendly & it’s a friend’s preferred location for iced coffee. The chocolate covered chocolate doughnut I had here was yummy. No complaints here.

Of the millions of DDs in the area, this one is one of the best for coffee. It seems like it’s always fresh. It’s also refreshing that when you see the same face ordering the same thing night in and night out, they actually remember you.
