Avoid coming to this place for large orders apparently four large coffees and a dz donuts is considered large and a really hard task for Caleo to tackle. While I can be extremely upset with the lack of any customer service by Caleo it’s more likely a management issue. They have one person working the counter 5 in drive thru(two car in drive thru when I went in) and one girl mopping while he had a line of 4 people including myself. When I ordered my two large coffees one reg, one with Splenda and said two large coffees black he looked up at me in pure annoyance and said and two large black? And huffed! I said and 1dz donuts he huffed again and said to mop girl holidays make people have large orders. How about no I just left hospice after a family member passed away and I’m bring some coffee to family after being up for 2.5 days. I smiled and said thank you walked out. If you are going to work in the public yes it’s hard to deal with people my order was neither that complex nor nearly as large as it could have been. Please refrain from comments said aloud in said customer. I have worked fast food, retail it can suck, but guess what it’s also your job! Common courtesy and manners… you never know what is happening on the other side of the counter. h

I feel weird reviewing Dunkin Donuts, but this location deserves it. Although I make roughly 12+ stops at Dunkin weekly, I have a serious love/hate relationship with them. I go to Dunkin because I’m hooked on caffeine and it’s the most convenient coffee chain around. Prices are fair, there’s one every quarter mile, it’s just easy. However, I hate them because they’re the most inconsistent place on the face of the planet. I’ve ordered an iced coffee and instead been handed a bagel and a watermelon coolata. I’ve ordered an iced coffee and been handed a box of joe and a dozen donuts. You get the point. They don’t make simple errors, like accidentally giving me sugar instead of Splenda, or caramel instead of coconut. I’d understand that, mistakes happen. But handing me obscure items is annoying and happens frequently at every Dunkin in Connecticut. This location manages to always get orders right, even though their drive thru is right next to the loudest car wash in the world. I can’t hear myself think, I don’t know how they get my order right and hand it to me with a smile and a great attitude. Again, stupid to review a «restaurant» that’s on every block, but I have to give credit where credit’s due. This location is quick, accurate, and extremely friendly. A+!

If I’m going to go to a local Dunkin donuts I would rather go to this one. It’s never mobbed. The quality is just as good as the one closer to me. They have a drive thru. The people working there are pretty cool.
