Worst phone store in the area, both manager’s are very unprofessional and unwilling to help. I had to have corporate on the phone with me after going there numerous times just to set things straight. however there is a very helpful employee her name is Jen. Ask for her !

Worst experience ever. I recently signed up for the AT&T Next plan, thinking I’d be able to upgrade my phone after a year, just like you’d be able to do with a two year contract. Little did I know, that was only half the story. Basically you pay $ 384(I had this number repeated to me a million times to make this plan sound good) to lease a 32GB iPhone 5S for a year. If you want to keep it, you pay the full $ 640 + tax. Nobody told me I’d have to give the phone back to get an upgrade.(Okay so I should have done some research before signing up, but leaving out the most important parts of the plan is extremely unethical.) He just repeated that we’d «only» be paying $ 384 for an iPhone half a dozen times. As a customer service representative, one is supposed to sell the product, but omitting half the details is not part of the job description. We went to the store, after being surprised with the bill, to make an attempt at rectifying the situation. This time, the person who sold this plan to me in the first place just kept denying what he’d done and the manager just kept repeating a bunch of numbers to make it sound like we didn’t get screwed by this plan. «Sorry you feel cheated, but if it makes you feel any better, you’re actually saving money!» TIP: Saying«If it makes you feel any better» and other variations of this phrase does not help. Denial only makes you look guiltier. Question: how am I saving money by paying $ 384 to lease a phone for a year? ESPECIALLY when I could sign up for a two year contract that involves my unlimited data plan and pay $ 299 for an iPhone I CANACTUALLYKEEP? If anybody is reading this, you could be thinking that I’m wasting my time by being upset about this issue that is supposedly too late to fix. It’s not a waste of time because now that I’ve put out a warning about this crap plan, I can sleep better at night. Last thing: If you want an iPhone that you can keep and use in other countries, T-Mobile sells unlocked iPhones. Unlimited data plans are still available there! If you plan on staying with AT&T, do not ever ever ever let anybody(at this store or any other store) talk you into signing up for the AT&T Next plan.
