My husbands and I bought a new plan and 2 smart phones there. Sales people were nice and helpful; gave us some free accessories (they were not a part of our deal)
Several days later we found out that the phones we bought went on sale at BestBuy! We came back, and Sprint people matched that price. Well, they did that to keep us in a contract, but still :)Good experience overall.
