Samantha is great! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and I was hesitant at first to try anything new, but i went from long, heavy, and boring brown hair to a shorter and cleaner look with a couple diffrent highlights and lowlights that I love! She listens to what kind of combination of cut and color I want each time I see her, and then she gives me her opinion, which I really like because she takes my ramblings and pinterest pictures and comes up great ideas. Everyone is super friendly and they have reasonable pricing.

This salon is nice, clean and with friendly staff. It would be better if the stylist had listened to what I really wanted instead of rushing. The cut was well done but not what I had asked for. I didn’t say anything about it because I felt like I was being rushed. I will try again sometime but not soon. I feel as if my experience was because of a really busy day and not the skills of the stylist.

Relocated and needed a good lash artist, chose the volume lashes which my lashes didn’t like very much. They were so awesome to accommodate and address my concerns and gave me a wonderful classic set. The artist is so darling and personable and we talk the entire appointment which makes time fly. She is ordering new products that I am excited to try in the future, and hopefully try to convert to volume again.

The girls at Epic far out weigh any of the competition. They have built an incredible business based on kindness, skill, respect, compassion and results driven products. They go above and beyond any idea of customer service. Last week I had my nails fone by Lizzy and unfortunately my car broke down. I was struggling to find a ride to the rental company. Wouldn’t you know their very own Samantha drove me to the rental company. That I can say is not something the average business would do for a customer but Epic did. This just goes to show you the depth of their character.
Today I went back for a hair cut and Kevin Murphy treatment with Adrienne. I was treated with the utmost respect once again. My hair looks, feels and smells fabulous. She knew I was nervous and did everything just right to make me feel comfortable. This business is an absolute hidden gem and the girls are incredible from compassion to skill!

I can’t comment on the color or other services, but I have been getting the express Keratin here for almost 4 years. I come about twice a year and have Ashley do it. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the Keratin always lasts longer than I expect it to last. They greet you with a smile, a beverage, and the salon is always clean and very modern. It’s a little out of the way for me but I don’t mind making the trip and I love how it makes my hair feel and look. My friends tell me my hair has never looked better. I’m actually making an appointment to go in the next few days. I have sent a few people here and they have all been happy as well.

I noticed a couple of negative reviews recently, and was surprised. Of course people all have different experiences, so I wanted to share another of mine.
Due to some scheduling and traveling challenges over the past few months, getting to Epic wasn’t convenient for me, so I went elsewhere for a few trims and and no one had been able to fix my bang fiasco. (See another of my reviews for a different place in regards to this ginormous mistake!)
I knew that Adrienne could work her magic and correct the problem, so I made an appointment as soon as time allowed. I could no longer stand my «wings» after living with them for several months and had three failed attempts at getting them tamed.
I was almost embarrassed to be going back, but I was welcomed back with a big hug and a stylist that was genuinely happy to see me again!
As I expected, I walked out loving my fresh color, and of course, my bangs FINALLY were under control and I really liked my style again! It was a huge relief. I know that sounds a little dramatic, but have you ever been super self-​conscious about something?
I feel like the stylists at Epic really take the time to listen to what you want, and get to know both you and your hair before they even take the scissors out.
I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!

Horrible horrible horrible! The owner of this salon did my hair & makeup for a wedding as well as 2 other bridesmaids & a bride. My hair looked ridiculous, I mean, how hard are simple curls? As for makeup, a 5 year old could have done better. I wiped it all off & did it myself. All of these services were done by the owner. Also, she insulted me & refused to pin back my hair because «my forehead was too big!» Very very poor work & unprofessional. Save your money.

I love coming to Epic! They recently expanded, making the salon much larger, separating hair from manicure/​pedicure area. It looks great! All of the staff is always super nice. Kylie does a great schelac manicure, always coming out stellar. Ashley is also a great stylist! She did a great job with dealing with me and my first experience dying my hair! Had a red ombré done and I love it. Great salon! :)
