The ABSOLUTEWORST! Don’t go here. Selection is tiny and the workers do not want to do anything except stand around and chat with each other. Literally the worst customer experience ever. I went in here and the worker by the men’s shoes was standing against the back wall chatting with a female employee, and ignored myself and two other customers as we stood by with shoes in our hands, waiting for him to help us. Even when we stood close by him and said«excuse me,» he looked at us annoyedly and ignored us. When we finally got his attention a second time(as he stood there, idly, chatting), he sounded very annoyed to be bothered. The female employee walked away, and the male employee finally took our shoes and went into a back room to retrieve the requested sizes. He came back after a minute, handed one of the other waiting customers a box. The female employee then returned from the front of the store, and they RESUMEDCHATTING. At no point did he go back into the back room to retrieve the shoes I had asked for, even though he had taken the floor model from me, and even though he said he would get me my size. I left and we purchased shoes elsewhere. The workers here clearly don’t want to be bothered with doing their jobs. Nike — you’re handing out paychecks for nothing.

They get 4 stars just because of the customer service. Dealt with 5 people in total just looking for one pair of male Nike Air Force 1. Tried two different sizes and from the low tops to the high tops and back and forth and if they had that size of this one and that size in that one. Okay so things got a little confusing for the Nike staff and there was a mix up of which size and color we wanted or what I should say is what color and Air Force 1 I wanted him to try on. Anyways finally we got the right size and color and design and were able to pay with this wireless cellphone looking credit card taken swiper and we were on our merry way. Happy we came and got want we set out for in the first place. All in all a great new addition to Roosevelt Field Mall. This store is very long and wide so you don’t feel like you’re in a crowded store. Plenty of staff in each section which is great. Awesome customer service which is extremely important to me. Happy days and Happy Nike

Pretty much the weakest Nike store I’ve been too. The inside looks cool, but it’s big for no reason. The selection is very limited, and they don’t offer all of the clearance items and prices available online. My best use for this store is as an easy return spot for my online shopping. You can find a better inventory of Nike products in the 50 other sneaker and sporting good stores in the mall…

My sister and I went right when the mall opened, so no one was shopping and the staff wasn’t doing much except for dribbling a couple of basketballs. Being that it is a huge Nike store I’m surprised they didn’t have basic gear. We were looking for weight training gloves and nothing! Nothhhhhinggggg! What gives? As for prices, well, let’s just say I’d rather take a trip out to the Deer Park Outlets to the Nike Factory Store to buy my apparel and sneakers.
