Outstanding customer service first off. After a bumper repaint I found some white smudges against a black plastic piece; fingernails can scrape it off and I would have said something and they would’ve fixed it but I was in a rush and didn’t mention so that’s on me. Lifetime warranty, quick service. No complaints here.

They are good with accommodating for any aftermarket parts you may want to replace or add. For the most part, besides some communication issues we had, great with customer service. Repairs were good for the price, my only complaint with the work is a small amount of wax left on the bumper, the paint matched good.

Not satisfied! Took an extra day no rental car :(Then when they said it was ready went to pick up and nothing lined up properly! Very unprofessional Job. would not recommend this place :(

The guys at Spring Hill are great! I was in an accident and had to set up the repair through my insurance company and they made the process very easy. I was also having trouble with keeping my window rolled up (unrelated to the accident) and they offered after market parts saving me about $ 100. They even washed and vacuumed by truck!
If I ever need body work again, I will definitely go back.

Spring Hill Auto Body has done a fantastic job on my car many times.
My boss backed into my car once, killing the whole right side of my back bumper, including part of the framing I think, and after they fixed, replaced, and painted the new bumper, it looked better than when I originally bought my car!
I also had a leak somewhere in the back of my car. Any time it snowed or rained, under my trunk where my spare tired is held was FULL of water. Spring Hill Auto Body found the leak, caulked it, and no more water!
Even when I bent a rim beyond repair, they found another one for me.
I will seriously ALWAYS use Spring Hill Auto Body with any and all car issues I come across.
