Great place, Customer service is amazing they will work with you and they are completely honest and will never try to screw you and overcharge or try to sell you services you don’t really need to bring in more money. Go here and no where else!

I called Mr. Tire to get quotes on getting a tire valve stem fixed & my transmission/​coolant fluid changed. I spoke with Rob & he was very helpful! I’m not that familiar with cars or «under the hood» & anything I mentioned to him about what I needed or what happened to my car he was very helpful. He explained what to do or why it needed it to be done! He also gave me advice on driving my rear wheel drive car in the winter weather and what would be useful/​not so useful for my car. It was very open conversation and he didn’t rush me off the phone or make me feel like I was wasting his time.
My boyfriend took my car in to get the transmission/​coolant fluids changed as they gave a fair price (I couldn’t step away from work to do this). They were able to change out the coolant but Rob called me back to let me know it wasn’t possible to do the transmission fluid since my cars transmission was sealed & he highly recommended I go to the dealership. I truly appreciated his honesty and not attempting to do something he may not be able to do properly. After having a HORRIBLE experience at Brad Benson & with being nickel & dimed there, it was refreshing to talk with someone that actually wanted to talk about my car and help me understand what I needed done and the importance of it! I can tell he’s not out after your money and just wants to be helpful. I would definitely go back to Mr. Tire on Route 18 & recommend it to others! Rob is more than happy to help and has a wealth of information!

This place is a good place to drop your car off if your getting your tires changed, getting oil changed, a tune-​up, any fluid in your car that needs flushing, brakes checked, etc, They know their stuff. I wouldnt bring a high end car here to get my engine fixed obviously. Staff seems to be pretty honest. My bro used to be a mechanic and I usually confirm with him the pricing, and he says they are reasonable.

On the expensive side. Small selection of tires (only Goodyears, obviously). Not bad in a pinch, but it shouldn’t be your first choice.
