I wanted tires flip some fairly new tires around due to uneven wear and they said no, but they were willing to sell me new tires and fix the cause of the uneven wear. I know the cause. Car is lowered so cause is negative camber… don’t think anyone working there even know what that is though it’s a tire shop. I just went elsewhere and had it done with no problems or upsell.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This is only the second time I’ve come here to get an oil change and this time only because I had a $ 19.99 coupon for synthetic. It is now 3:17 pm and my appointment was for 1 pm, they’ve only just now taken my car in for an oil change that takes no longer than 15 minutes at other places. The first time I was here Maira more or less tricked me into getting a credit card, promising me three free oil changes which were in fact not free for synthetic — a fact she knew and failed to share. She’s also tried to bully me into getting new tires, new spark plugs, and new shocks — despite the fact that I’ve replaced all three within the past year. Between Maira being a nightmare, the incredibly slow service, and how expensive the subpar slow service is, I will NOT be coming here again for anything.

Horrible! You will wait for hours and they will try every up sell in the book. I overheard several transactions with women who didn’t appear to sound that knowledgeable about car care and you could hear the salesman clearly trying to take advantage of that.
