Sarpino’s Pizza

Placed a large order for a family dinner, did not receive the full order. I spoke with the manager Alex who sounds like he is 16 and he was extremely rude to me. We did not receive dressing with our Greek salad and he told me «I am not a mind reader» «I don’t read minds» 3 separate times. He apparently needs to read a mind to know that a Greek salad comes with Greek dressing. He was extremely rude and unprofessional; unfortunately after ordering from this place frequently for the last 4 years we will no longer because of Alex.

Ordered pizza from here today, Pizza its self was good, took 45 minutes to get here, my location is at most 10 min drive from the place with traffic and hitting all the red lights. but today on this quiet memorial day it took them about 45 minutes… which I would be cool with if the pizza was at least hot and fresh, it was cold and tasted like it was made previous day and reheated. (could be wrong) but the taste of the pizza was good itself but not work the crazy expensive price for their pizza. and they were stingy on the meat like it was the great depression and we have a food shortage.

Good pizza! I like that they have a loyalty program. The free delivery from Eagan to Burnsville is awesome. I can’t even get Pizza Hut in Burnsville to deliver to me. I have to call Apple Valley. All in all good food, fair prices. Will definitely be ordering again.

This was our first Sarpino’s pizza. It was definitely worth another try. We had the Taco pizza. We liked the fact that there were NO chips on it and that it was not completely covered in lettuce. On the down side, the meat was a little over cooked — a little dry on the outside, etc. and the dough was slightly underdone. Not a big fan of doughy wet crust. But we will definitely give it another chance.

A consistent theme with Sarpinos — regardless of location — is they run late with deliveries habitually.
Tardiness is unfortunate because the largest flaw with Sarpinos is that their pizza only tastes relatively good when it’s fresh and hot out of the over or reheated crispy the day after. The crust has a tendency to taste either spongy or like cardboard depending on the day.
The best part of Sarpinos is they are one of the few pizza delivery options with a decent salad selection.

I was a big fan of this place until today. I work nearby so I always place my order online. They send an email letting me know they received my order, then an email that it’s in preparation, and last but not least they send me an email when it’s ready to be picked up. Today I order, get my notifications that they rec’d the order, that it’s in prep but NO email to pick it up for FORTY FIVE MINUTES. (SILLY ME, I THOUGHT MAYBE THEY WERE BUSY…) I to in to pick it up and I ask why it took so long. MIKE tells me it’s been ready for 35 min. I tell him I didn’t get an email, he looks at me like I am an idiot. He says «I am not in charge of emails». I know I am not spending a lot of money here but I was a decent customer, recommending this place to friends. But after he charged me full price for my order that was now COLD I brought it back. Mike’s co worker was pleasant and apologetic, Mike should take a lesson from him. I cannot recall being treated so rudely. No more Sarapino’s Eagan for me. Maybe Mike needs to work somewhere where he doesn’t have to deal with the public. Just sayin…

I occasionally order Sarpinos when in the mood for ‘gourmet’ (if you can call it that). The driver obviously went to the wrong address but tried to claim he came and rung the bell no answer (was sitting outside entire time). My only fault in all this is I hadn’t updated my phone on my online profile (usually order online).
My reason for writing this review is for the manager by the name Donna who tried to get smart with me and condescending «that is what happens when people don’t update their phone numbers.». Very unprofessional and uncalled for from a ‘manager’. More disappointed in the person that made her manager as clearly she doesn’t have it.
Have to reevaluate ordering from this Sarpinos going forward. Needless to say I didn’t eat Sarpinos today as I told DONNA the ‘manager’ to cancel it.

I love Sarpino’s, Rosemount doesn’t have any good pizza places that deliver here, the ones that do are gross, I’m so happy that the Eagan Sarpino’s delivers to us it’s the only place I order pizza from!

Odered delivery from Sarpino’s on 4-​11-​2015. Not so great. A few other people in my family agreed. I would rather eat the pizza at $ 5 Pizza in Apple Valley – honestly. The toppings were sparse and the the crust was wilted.

I can always rely on picking up something for dinner. Big selection of items on menus. I can always find something for kids, either calzones or pasta. Ordered bunch of pizzas for friends who helped me move. We were impressed with selection and great taste.

Amazing food! Way better then average pizza. Everything is fresh and their meatball sandwich is unreal! Service is pretty great too — I had no issues.

Ordered online and took advantage of the online ordering discount. Delivery was super fast. The house pizza was the strangest combination but really delicious! The chicken Caesar salad was good but the chicken was a little weird. The cheese bread was really good.

We ordered online and used the automatic discount specials.

We got exactly what we ordered. Love the online interface and easy ordering.
Loved the sauce. Crust was good too. Very affordable.

I’ve ordered here many times. They have screwed up a few but took care of it. Staff are great and the food better. Price is well bellow Bella or Umbria. The crappy chains don’t get my cash. Sarpinos is my default.

Getting tired of eating the usual of Pizza Hut and Dominos chain restaurants we decided to give Sarpinos a try considering they are always sending home menus and coupons to my house why not.
Even though they send the menus constantly we throw them out so browsing online they have plenty of good deals that you wouldn’t have to keep the mailed out paper ones. We ordered a large topping with 3 toppings wings all for $ 20.00 with the coupon found online. The ordering was easy online. Delivery was also very fast.
Now on to the actual pie.
The dough was nice and thick perfect soft and not too chewy texture. Toppings were loaded on. Another plus was that when ordering it comes with a free sauce for dipping of your choice.
The chicken wings were nice and saucy fall off the bone type and a descent size too.
One last thing they are open very late 1am on weekdays and later during the weekend. I honestly would much rather order from here than any of the other chain joints!

We paid 40.00 for two 3 topping pizzas, wings and breadsticks. The breadsticks were so overbaked we couldn’t eat them. We didn’t get any dipping sauce. They made one of our pizzas wrong. It was lukewarm and doughy. I called to try to figure out what to do with the pizza but they didn’t have much to say so I hung up and I’m never ordering again. Even the chicken wings were so-​so at best. I’m not even sure what to do with the leftovers it was so bad.
