Went in got 5 cheese pizzas called ahead knowing they always take forever at this one, but for some reason not all five pizzas were hot. mind you there was 15 min between the time i called and picked it up so they should have all been hot. I think i am done with this location the last time i went there before this I waited for at least 20 min for a supposed hot and ready pizza. considering this location is not overly convenient anyway I think Burnsville is a better choice.

I used to go here sometimes for a quick pizza or bread sticks when I was in the area. Unfortunately, I can no longer place this business in my list of priorities. If this was two years ago, I would have rated this place four stars. During this time, this was one of the best Little Caesars in the Twin Cities area. Besides some minor issues, none of which were serious enough for me to stop coming here, I was always happy coming here. I am saddened to say that due to the decline in overall business quality, I can no longer say that. To their benefit, their employees who work the cashier area are always friendly and resourceful. They are good at greeting their customers and sending them their way. Some have been great at carrying a good conversation after I order my food. Overall, these individuals are pleasant to be around. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and order needs a lot of work. In my experience during the decline time, this has been a hit and miss situation. This tends to lean towards the miss more often than the hit. The floors in the lobby are almost always dirty when I come in here. They look like they have been neglected for a while. I have also seen clutter on their counters. Their cooking area does not appear dirty, but it almost always seems cluttered. This obviously affects the quality of the cooks’ performance and food quality. The food quality has taken the worst decline. The food used to be given to me fresh and hot, and it tasted delicious. Now, the food leaves an awful after-taste in my mouth. Even when it is served to me hot and fresh, the taste quality does not measure up to what it should be. There have also been times in the last six months when I have had to wait about ten minutes to get my food. I do not mind waiting a little while for food, but ten minutes is obscene, and the taste has not been worth my time. When I am in the area and need some quick pizza or bread sticks, I will no longer be choosing this location for these purchases. Sadly, I can no longer count on this location for quality food or service.

Today I was hungry for a nice big deep dish pepperoni pizza so I decided to go with one of my favorite places, Little Caesars. I looked up online to see what time they were open till, it said 10pm. Little Caesars is about 8 min from my house. I left at 850pm. As I was leaving I gave them a call to have them get started on the pizza if they didn’t have one already made because they don’t usually have them ready(their slogan should be «hot and ready in 10 minutes»). I called, the phone rang and rang… and rang till an automated voice came on so I hung up and tried again. Same thing happened. I’ve used this number before so I know it’s active. By this time I was about half way there. I arrived at 2 minutes to 9 and was walking towards the door when I noticed a man(in little caesars apparel) approaching the door. He was locking it and turning off the«open» sign. I was confused because I thought they were open till 10pm. I walked up to the door to see if it was really locked. It was. A lady inside(also in little caesars apparel) saw me standing outside, she came over to the door to make sure the sign was off, not acknowledging me in anyway. This upset me greatly. I also noticed that the«close time» printed on the door was scratched off. So they must have recently changed their close time? I got in my car and drove a half block to toppers pizza. Their open till 3am and the guy working was more than helpful and nice. I’m not giving up on Little Caesars all together but I’m not going to that one again. If they would have just answered their phone it would have all been avoided.

A little while ago I came here with my family looking for a authentic italian experience but when I arrived I noticed that there was no place to sit. As we begrudgingly moved outside to sit on the picnic tables next to the building. When we got the pizza(very quickly I might add) it tasted very unauthentic, the sauce tasted store bought and don’t get me started on the cheese. In all it had a good atmosphere but we will not be returning.

What the heck is wrong with this place? I have been waiting 20 minutes for a cheese pizza and some crazy bread. And this happens all of the time here! There is no one who walks in and gets a ready to go pizza. Why can’t they figure this out. I’m dumb enough to keep stopping in here!
