Great Clips

I got my haircut by Christina over there. The haircut itself came out no better than so-​so (not the best, not the worst). During the haircut, she was extremely rude. She was constantly whining about everything and everyone. These were things I didn’t need to hear about, nor should she be whining about these things to her clients. Other people, including fellow employees, were looking at her like she was crazy. That’s because she was crazy, not to mention she was rude.
I should have known better than to follow her to her chair when she called my name. When I was waiting in the lobby, I heard her say a lot of those same things to her previous customer, except worse.
I will not be coming back to this place because of Christina.

I sent my son in another one of the local Great Clips to get a haircut. I write a review here because the one who did his haircut said that she would be transferring to this one. Kristina did his hair. The experience was not very delightful. While doing so, she kept bad mouthing the store and the co-​workers. The things she said to my son were highly unprofessional. I could not believe what I overheard! In the middle of the haircut, her nose starting running. She wiped off her snot all over her arm (I would not have minded if she would have excused herself to blow her nose). In the end, his hair ended up too short and not what he asked for. Then she had the nerve to try to get him to follow her to this Great Clips for future visits. This was not a delightful service for myself or my son.
